“Change happens when the pain of staying tight in the bud is greater than the fear of flowering”

Helping people to heal and grow

I support people to discover themselves, to make sense of things and in that process to unlock opportunities for change.

With me its a collaborative effort in which I learn about you and you find out more about yourself: what you really want, what’s blocking that and how you might resolve those blocks, make changes and realise more of your potential.

I will attend to you with curiosity and heart, so that I can hear you and be open to connection with you, even when words don’t come or aren’t adequate to express your experience.

I love what I do, helping people to heal and grow.

Personal Background

I was adopted at the start of life and following a boarding school education, I have lived mainly in the UK.

From the age of fourteen I worked in school holidays: a paper-boy (traumatic), a petrol-pump attendant (dangerous) and a kennel hand (loved it). My first proper job was as a bus conductor (a reality check).

Since then I’ve travelled, worked in financial sales, corporate management and as a management consultant before discovering who I am and what gives me a sense of meaning and purpose – this work I love to do.
